When you purchase a PrimaryTheRulingClass.com New Member Kit for $99.95 you become an IAM (Independent Affiliate Member) and you are automatically placed in the PrimaryTheRulingClass.com Dual Team-Builder Marketing Plan. Your position is called a “Commission Tracking Position” (TP). When you donate (all purchases are considered to be donations) or personally solicit donations totaling at least 300CV (Commissionable Volume) and maintain a personal monthly AutoShip (Subscription) donation of 75CV (or 150CV in total personal AutoShip/Stand-Alone and/or Personally Solicited Donations) you become an Active IAM. When you introduce and sponsor two other Active IAMs (one on your left team and one on your right team), you will become a Qualified IAM and those people are also given a TP that is placed below you in the compensation structure. At this point all the donations of your Left and Right Teams, down to unlimited depth, start counting as your ‘commissionable sales’. By definition, one of your teams will be your ‘Strong’ leg, and the other will be your “Weak” leg. Commissions are paid on a percentage of the new sales volume (CV) in your Weak Leg each week. On any given week, either team could be your Weak Leg.

Getting your business started is easy as 1 – 2 –3

CREATE a TP (Tracking Position). This is accomplished when you fill out an Independent Affiliate Member (IAM) Application Online.
ACTIVATE your Tracking Position with personal donation volume of at least 300CV through solicited donations or a personal donation.
QUALIFY your Tracking Positions by introducing and sponsoring two other Active IAMs. One on your Left and one on your Right.

Your Tracking Position has two avenues for growth, a left Sales Team and a right Sales Team.

The best way to build your business is to support those whom you sponsor into the business. The Dual Team-Builder sets up an inherent support system, because with only two teams to build, you must build depth rather than width. Your strong and weak side may switch from left to right each week.

RANK DEFINITIONS

Qualified IAM

Personally Sponsor 2 Active IAMs (1/1 – One must be in your left and right leg).
Become an Active IAM during the qualifying calendar month.
Earn a Step check ($30) in the Dual Team Compensation Plan (See the Dual Team Builder Commission Schedule)

Director

You must have previously achieved & maintain Initiate qualifications.
Earn a total of three Step checks (two additional – Total Step earnings ≥ $90) from your Tracking Position.
Personally sponsor and maintain 2 donating NADs (Non-Affiliated Donors) during the qualifying calendar month.
Have a minimum of 15 Active IAMs in your entire Sales Team during the qualifying calendar month.

Senior Director

You must have previously achieved & maintain Director qualifications.
Have a personal AutoShip order of 75CV (or generate 150CV in total personal AutoShip/Stand-Alone and/or Personally Solicited Donations) during the qualifying calendar month.
Personally sponsor and maintain 4 donating NADs (Non-Affiliated Donors) during the qualifying calendar month.
Complete 20 Steps from the time you joined PrimaryTheRulingClass.com.
You can only go through a maximum of 27 Steps per month without maintaining Bronze Rank qualifications.

Bronze

You must have previously achieved & maintain Senior Director Qualifications. Bronze qualifications must be met during the calendar month prior to being paid as a Bronze. For example, qualify as a Bronze in January and you will be paid as a Bronze for the entire month of February. Then you must re-qualify in February to earn as a Bronze again in March.
Have a personal AutoShip order of 75CV (or generate 150CV in total personal AutoShip/Stand-Alone and/or Personally Solicited Donations) during the qualifying calendar month.
Be actively involved in supporting your downline and promoting the Primary the Ruling Class agenda.
Personally sponsor and maintain 4 donating NADs (Non-Affiliated Donors) during the qualifying calendar month.
Personally sponsor and maintain 4 Active IAMs that all have at least 75CV in AutoShip orders or generate 150CV in Personal/AutoShip/Solicited donations during the qualifying calendar month.
Generate and retain the CV required to complete 27 Steps in the qualifying calendar month.
You can only go through a maximum of 54 Steps per month without maintaining Silver Rank qualifications.
Earn a one-time Leadership Achievement Bonus of $2,000 for maintaining Bronze qualifications for three consecutive months (this bonus can only be earned by meeting all the step qualifications).
Eligible for PRC Steering Committee based on rank and other qualifications.

Silver

Previously achieved & maintain Bronze level qualifications.
Personally sponsor and maintain 6 Active IAMs that all have at least 75CV (or generate 150CV in total personal AutoShip/Stand-Alone and/or Personally Solicited Donations) during the qualifying calendar month.
Personally sponsor and maintain 6 donating NADs (Non-Affiliated Donors) during the qualifying calendar month.
Generate and retain the CV required to complete 54 Steps in the qualifying calendar month.
You can only go through a maximum of 134 Steps per month without maintaining Gold Rank qualifications.
Earn a one-time Leadership Achievement Bonus of $4,000 for maintaining Silver qualifications for three consecutive months.

Gold

Previously achieved & maintain Silver qualifications.
Personally sponsor and maintain 6 Active IAMs that all have at least 75CV (or generate 150CV in total personal AutoShip/Stand-Alone and/or Personally Solicited Donations) during the qualifying calendar month.
Personally sponsor and maintain 10 donating NADs (Non-Affiliated Donors) during the qualifying calendar month.
Generate and retain the CV required to complete 134 Steps in the qualifying calendar month.
You can only go through a maximum of 200 Steps per month without maintaining Platinum Rank qualifications.
Earn a one-time Leadership Achievement Bonus of $10,000 for maintaining Gold qualifications for three consecutive months.
Eligible for Leadership Council based on rank and other qualifications.

Platinum

Personally sponsor and maintain 6 Active IAMs that all have at least 75CV (or generate 150CV in total personal AutoShip/Stand-Alone and/or Personally Solicited Donations) during the qualifying calendar month.
Personally sponsor and maintain 10 donating NADs (Non-Affiliated Donors) during the qualifying calendar month.
Develop and maintain 2 Qualifying Golds (1/1 – One in each leg of your TP).
Generate and retain the CV required to complete 200 Steps in the qualifying calendar month.
You can only go through a maximum of 266 Steps per month without maintaining Diamond Rank qualifications.
Earn a one-time Leadership Achievement Bonus of $25,000 for maintaining Platinum qualifications for three consecutive months.

Diamond

Previously achieved & maintain Platinum level qualifications.
Personally sponsor and maintain 6 Active IAMs that all have at least 75CV (or generate 150CV in total personal AutoShip/Stand-Alone and/or Personally Solicited Donations) during the qualifying calendar month.
Personally sponsor and maintain 10 donating NADs (Non-Affiliated Donors) during the qualifying calendar month.
Develop and maintain 2 Qualifying Platinums (1/1 – One in each leg of your TP).
Generate and retain the CV required to complete 266 Steps in the qualifying calendar month.
Earn a one-time Leadership Achievement Bonus of $50,000 for maintaining Diamond qualifications for three consecutive months.

Dual Team Builder Compensation Plan

Definitions

QUALIFYING & EFFECTIVE MONTHS:

All ranks are attained in one calendar month (The first day of the month to the last – called the qualifying month) and recognized and paid on in the following calendar month (called the effective month). In the event a bonus week spans across 2 different months, that week will be included in the calendar month that it started in for bonus purposes.

ACTIVE IAM:

An IAM that has purchased a Success Kit, a minimum of 300CV and maintains a monthly AutoShip order of 75CV (or generate 150CV in total personal AutoShip/Stand-Alone and/or Personally Solicited Donations) during the qualifying calendar month.

LIFETIME ACTIVE IAM:

An IAM that has that has personally made a lump-sum donation of $12,000 or more.
This IAM will enjoy permanent Active IAM status without any further requirements and will be awarded the title, LIFETIME INDEPENDENT AFFILIATE MEMBER.
All other Ranks, Overrides, Bonuses, and Rewards must be achieved as normal.

QUALIFIED IAM:

An IAM that has purchased a minimum of 300CV and maintains a monthly order of 75CV in AutoShip, and maintains 2 Personally Sponsored Active IAMs (one on the left side and one on the right side). If an IAM fails to maintain the minimum monthly order requirement, he will become unqualified and all stored volume will be lost. To ensure that you stay qualified, you may put a second and third credit card on file with us through your PRC back office.

LEADERSHIP QUALIFIED IAM:

An IAM that has purchased a minimum of 600CV and maintains ‘Qualified IAM’ status has now met the minimum requirement to receive Leadership Bonuses.

SPILLOVER:

All NAB donations will ‘Spillover’ into the IAM’s Weak Leg and count as Team Volume.

Car Bonus:

This is categorized as a Leadership Bonus
You must generate a minimum of 75CV in AutoShip orders during the qualifying and effective months to be eligible for the Car Bonus
The qualifying and effective months for the Car Bonus are as follows:

You must qualify the first month by completing a minimum of 54 Steps and generating a 75CV AutoShip. You then start your car bonus eligibility the next month. In that next month is when you calculate the number of cycles below to determine the level you are eligible to receive. PrimaryTheRulingClass.com will pay the actual amount of the car payment up to the amount shown below in the middle of the month following eligibility.
The completed Car Bonus form, bill of sale, and a picture of you with the car must be submitted to PrimaryTheRulingClass.com before any payment will be made.
No car bonuses are paid during the first 2 months of the IAM’s business.

Complete 54 Steps within a calendar month and receive up to a $400 car bonus — Complete 80 Steps within a calendar month and receive up to a $600 car bonus — Complete 106 Steps within a calendar month and receive up to a $800 car bonus — Complete 134 Steps within a calendar month and receive up to a $1,000 car bonus — Complete 160 Steps within a calendar month and receive up to a $1,200 car bonus

Commissionable Volume (CV):

All autoship donations carry a 75% CV value. For example: A $100 autoship = 75CV.
Unless otherwise specified, all stand-alone donations carry 75% CV calculated after any Fast Start bonus is subtracted. For example: If a $5,000 stand-alone donation is made by a NAD, the NAD’s sponsor would receive a 7% Fast Start Bonus ($350) and 3487CV would be credited to the Compensation Plan.
Join the Movement Packages, Upgrade Packages, and Lead the Movement Packages may carry different CV values (see the product description for details).
From time to time, donations of $10,000 or more may be solicited for specific targeted campaigns or objectives. In such cases, CV values are subject to negotiation. In all cases, a Fast Start Bonus will be paid (unless waived by the sponsor).

Non-Affiliated Donor (NAD):

Individuals may elect to be sponsored into the organization but not participate in the Compensation Plan. NADs may donate time and/or money to the organization. Only NADs that make a donation during a calendar month count for the sponsor’s Compensation Plan requirements for that month.
CV generated by NAD donations will count as personally solicited donations that can count towards an IAM’s personal monthly volume requirements.

The Fast Start Bonus:

For each Join the Movement Package that you personally sell to a new IAM, you earn a $50 Fast Start Bonus. This bonus is only earned on this There are no personal donation or volume requirements to earn the Fast Start Bonus.
For each Upgrade Package that you personally sell to a new IAM, you earn a $100 Fast Start Bonus. This bonus is only earned on this There are no personal donation or volume requirements to earn the Fast Start Bonus.
For each Lead the Movement Package that you personally sell to a new IAM, you earn a $150 Fast Start Bonus. This bonus is only earned on this There are no personal donation or volume requirements to earn the Fast Start Bonus.
For each stand-alone donation that exceeds $1,000 made by a NAD that you personally sponsor, you earn a 7% Fast Start Bonus. This bonus is only earned on this donation. Not applicable to Packages or the New Members Kit – may not be combined with other Fast Start Bonuses. There are no personal donation or volume requirements to earn the Fast Start Bonus.

Build Your Team:

Personally introducing and sponsoring two other Active IAMs. One on your Left and one on your Right. You are now qualified to earn override commissions to unlimited depth. These donations must to be made by someone other than yourself.
Your strong and weak side (leg) may switch from left to right each commission run.

Duplication Bonus:

Personally introducing and sponsoring two other Qualified IAMs, one on your Left and one on your Right, earns a one-time Duplication Bonus of $500. Sponsor and the two additional Qualified IAMs must have and/or maintain Qualified status during the same month and each must have successfully run at least their first monthly auto-donation.
Bonus must be earned within six months of the sponsor’s sign-up date.

What happens if I sell or sponsor more than two?

You can only place two (2) people on your frontline.
The additional sales will spill over into your organization.
You may place them in your Left Sales Team or Right Sales Team, depending on where you need them.
You can only go through a maximum of 40 total Steps per day from your Tracking Position.

*The 70% Cap:

When and if PrimaryTheRulingClass.com’s total payout of all commissions exceeds 70% of CV revenues for any given pay period, the company has the right to adjust the bonuses paid to have a maximum of a 70% payout.

Bonus Checks are sent every Monday

All Bonus weeks run from Sunday to the following Saturday at midnight Eastern Standard time.
The business paid on Monday is from the week ending prior to the previous Saturday.

Each IAM is allowed a maximum of 1 Tracking Positions

If no personal donations, or personally solicited donations, are generated within 6 consecutive months, the IAM will automatically forfeit all Tracking Positions, all Commissionable Volume and any future Bonuses.

You may re-enroll after 6 months of not generating personal donations by submitting a new IAM Agreement, purchasing another New Member Kit, and qualifying with at least 300CV in donations. You will not be entitled to your previous position.

When you complete a Step, chances are you will have more than the exact amount of CV needed for each Sales Team.

Any “extra” CV (commissionable volume) will roll over and count toward your next cycle. CV is only carried over for Qualified IAMs. CV can be banked for a maximum of 12 months before it flushes.

Requirements to be Eligible for Commissions and to Retain Your Business Volume:

The minimum monthly volume requirement to be qualified for commissions and retain business volume in your Tracking Position is 150CV. By signing up on the optional AutoShip (subscription) program, you may reduce these amounts to 75CV. You must be a Qualified IAM by maintaining a personally sponsored Active IAM in each leg to retain the business volume in that leg and receive any Dual Team Commissions for each TP. If these requirements are not met, you will lose any and all CV that you have stored. This will happen during the first full bonus week of the month following the month that you fail to qualify.
For example: An IAM must maintain a personally sponsored Active IAM in the left leg and right leg to earn Dual Team Commissions. Volume will be retained in either leg that has a personally sponsored Active IAM.

Special Pre-Launch Adjustments to the Compensation Plan

The Join the Movement Package will pay a $100 Fast Start Bonus

A special Founders Bonus will be in effect during the Pre-Launch period only:. See the details HERE.

All bonus winners will forever carry the title: Independent Founding Member and will be eligible for special seating and priveledges at PAC events, etc.

No Sales Team Commissions will be calculated or paid during Pre-Launch

Purchases of a Join the Movement Package will secure a position in the genealogy and will satisfy post-launch requirements the same as the purchase of a Lead the Movement Package

Autoships for NADs will run as normal

No autoships will be processed for IAMs until September 1, 2018.
